Most people think that the blankets and throws they commonly use for southwest bedding were originally made by Native American Indians. I also believed that, until I started digging deeper into the origin of these southwestern style blankets. I found that, although Native Americans were the prime inspiration for the Indian designs and production of trade blankets, they were not the ones who made them.
Lastly in my research for cat beds, I have also found that the same company that makes the Purr Pads also has another product out: Kuddle Cup Cat Bed/Play Tunnel! It is made of the same material the Purr Pad is made out of. The Kuddle Cup acts as a bed or a tunnel the cats would hang out in or play in! I know my cats would love this too! I guess I will have to try it soon and let you know.Convertible Queen Sofa Beds Are Just Right
When shopping for a bunk bed or loft bed, first consider the person that will be sleeping in the bed. For children, consider safety above all other aspects of the bed. Teenagers or young adults may want to focus on the size or the style of the bed more so than safety worries. When dealing with children, be sure that the child is ready to upgrade to a "grown up" bed before making the move. Children should be at least 35 inches long or two years of age before he or she should be moved to a bunk bed. Also, ground rules should be made regarding the proper conduct involving the bunk bed, since most injuries occur due to roughhousing or horseplay.
Even though it's not against the law in all 50 states, traveling with dogs in the bed of your pickup trucks should never be an option. The Humane Society of the US notes that they don't know of any brand of harness that is safe for the back of the truck. It's best to have the dog in the cab with you, and if it's an extended cab, the dog should be restrained in the back and away from the windshield. For trucks, pet travel crates, pet safety belts, and pet car seats are the safest bets. And if none of these are available to you at the time you're taking your truck (or any vehicle), consider keeping your dog safe at home.
